The highlight of kinderbright's® widescreen videos are beautiful, colorful pictures which children love. Each DVD has over a dozen segments approximately 4 to 5 minutes long, accompanied by soft, classical music. The segments present 3 to 4 concepts which children can easily absorb. Each section has a three-part lesson, which helps children self-correct and learn at their own pace.

Volume I: Phonic Sounds and Numbers

When children have mastered Volume 1, they will have learned the phonetic sounds of all 26 letters, as well as the numbers 1-10. Beginning this volume is "The Phonic Song," which teaches all 26 letters in a single 5 minute segment.

Volume II: Three Letter Words and Numbers

When children have mastered Volume II, they will have learned 31 short vowel combinations, such as "at," "ab," and "ag," as well as six common sight words and the numbers 11-20. We have also included "The Phonic Song" for further review and practice. Volume 2 culminates with segments which offer your child an opportunity to read short sentences.
